Shipping Policy

All orders ship from South Carolina.

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping on orders under $100 and complimentary shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via USPS. Exceptions to processing times will be posted on the announcement banner on the website and also at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days, though carrier delays may occasionally occur.

At this time, arden & oak ships within the United States only.

• arden & oak is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
