Refund policy

We hope you love your pieces from arden & oak. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to accept eligible returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at hello@shopardenandoak.com with your order number.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

• unworn and unwashed
  
• free of stains, odors, or damage
• returned with original tags attached

Items sent back that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

arden & oak provides complimentary return shipping for approved returns. Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label along with return instructions.

Store Credit

Once your approved return is received and inspected, you’ll receive store credit via email for the original purchase amount, excluding any original shipping charges.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, and select special items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
